Thesis Title
Electronic Tattoo (e-Tattoo) Surface Electromyography (sEMG) Sensors
Research overview
The III-V and II-VI compounds such as GaN, GaAs, InP, ZnS, and ZnO, are essential materials for semiconductor devices, especially optoelectronic and high-frequencies devices. We will systematically investigate the crystal structures, formation mechanisms, and the resultant properties to gain an in-depth understanding of the III-V and II-VI 2D systems. By developing and employing state-of-the-art methods such as high-through crystal structure search algorithms, machine learning, and stability analysis approaches, we will predict the ground state or sufficiently stable structures for these essential materials and the related physicochemical properties, exploiting the full potentials of these materials.
