About us
The robotics research includes fundamental research in the area of intelligent manipulation of system dynamics, supported by a growing number of laboratories; as well as the translational research, supported by various industry collaborations and philanthropic engagements.
The robotics research in the Department is part of the wider Autonomous Systems research strength in the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology, as reflected in the MIDAS lab.
Our labs include:
- Networked Systems Laboratory
- Fourier Intelligence – Joint Laboratory on Assistive and Rehabilitation Robotics
- Human Robotics Laboratory
- AI, Optimization and Pattern Recognition Laboratory
