Research overview
Designing an Android-based application that can help determine and sort multiple destinations, from closest to furthest. Couriers in Indonesia still rely on their tacit knowledge. This presents a challenge for delivery service providers, as courier turn over can be a significant obstacle to meeting customer satisfaction, particularly on-time delivery.
