Active learning of constitutive relation from mesoscopic dynamics for macroscopic modelling of polymer migration in confined solutions
Research overview
In this project, we aim at simulating the confined polymer solutions by means of anon-the-fly coupling of the bulk rheology to the underlying microstructure dynamics. Acontinuum model of polymeric fluids will be constructed without a pre-specifiedconstitutive relation, but instead it will be actively learned from mesoscopicsimulations.
