Thesis title
Optimising heat dissipation in TPMS using Quantum CFD
Research overview
Being one of the key components in many engineering applications, the heat dissipation rate measures the key performance of a heat exchanger. Triply periodic minimal surface (TPMS) structure, benefited from the rapid development of additive manufacturing, has been actively researched to explore its potential. With almost infinite parameters available in modifying the TPMS structure, this research aims to utilise the power of quantum computing to find the optimal TPMS structure, maximising the heat exchanger’s performance.
