Industrial Explainable Models for root cause analysis.
Research overview
Investigating root causes in industrial process systems is challenging due to the numerous variables that must be measured and controlled, the presence of heterogeneous data, and data imbalance. It requires the ability to analyze the root causes and predict them before they occur. I use explainable deep learning models and generative AI to assess these problems. Additionally, hybrid models that integrate physical laws and material properties into machine learning to infer unmeasured variables and enhance the performance of root-cause investigation models.
