Impact of Hydrogen Enrichment to Natural Gas on Combustion Instability
Research overview
Hydrogen has different thermophysical properties to natural gas, creating challenges when burnt in combustion chambers designed to operate on natural gas. This research will investigate how hydrogen addition to natural gas impacts combustion stability in gas turbines.
